By accessing and using Neurotech AI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Neurotech AI provides AI development, implementation, automation, and education services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not violate any laws in your jurisdiction

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Neurotech AI. Custom solutions developed for clients may be subject to separate agreements regarding ownership and licensing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but will provide notice for existing contracts.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neurotech AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
